Where account registration is required, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to:

• Use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law
• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Not use the Services to harm others or to violate any third party's rights
• Ensure that any data you provide to us is provided in accordance with law and that you have the right to share it

Predictions, simulations, and AI-generated outputs are for informational and decision-support purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business or legal decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vistro Technologies and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vistro Technologies and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms, for legal or regulatory reasons, or for convenience with reasonable notice where required. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.

• Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vistro Technologies is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Disputes: Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in a separate agreement.
• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable order or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vistro Technologies regarding the Services.
• Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
